1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and V9Game ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the V9Game website located at https://v9game.cam, including all associated services, games, betting markets, and customer support interactions.

1.2 By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on V9Game, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1.3 V9Game provides an online gaming service that includes sports betting (including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC, and other sports), live casino games, slots, table games, and esports markets. All services are provided in English and are designed primarily for users who understand the English language.

1.4 These Terms should be read in conjunction with V9Game's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules that may apply from time to time.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a User on the V9Game Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or any other gaming product offered through the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or any other accepted currency.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms, which are separate from real-money Balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required to confirm a User's identity, age, and other compliance-related information.
• "CNIC" means the Computerized National Identity Card issued by NADRA to Pakistani citizens.
• "Restricted Territories" means any jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and related services made available through the V9Game Platform.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, software, content, and design elements belonging to or licensed by V9Game.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register and use V9Game. Users who are under the applicable minimum age are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager. Age does not, in isolation, establish the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction.

3.2 Legal Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location and that no court or authority has restricted your legal capacity.

3.3 Jurisdictional Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of V9Game is lawful in your jurisdiction. V9Game does not warrant that its Services are legal or available in all jurisdictions, including Pakistan. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited use the Platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

3.4 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on V9Game. Creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances or winnings derived from duplicate accounts.

3.5 Self-Excluded Users. Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from V9Game or any related platform are not eligible to create a new account during the applicable self-exclusion period.

4. Account Registration

4.1 To access V9Game Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and such other information as the Platform may require.

4.2 You must not provide false, misleading, or impersonated information during registration. Providing inaccurate information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any accrued balance or winnings.

4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. V9Game is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4.4 You must notify V9Game support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised.

4.5 V9Game reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, age misrepresentation, or duplicate account creation.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 V9Game may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, upon detecting unusual account activity, or when required for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

5.2 Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users typically include a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) or passport. Proof of address and a selfie or liveness verification may also be required. Document requirements may vary and are communicated to you during the verification process.

5.3 All documents must be submitted only through V9Game's official HTTPS-secured verification portal. You must never send identity documents through unsecured channels, third-party messaging platforms, or unverified email addresses.

5.4 You must submit only genuine, unaltered documents. Any attempt to submit falsified, edited, obscured, or fraudulent documents will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5.5 V9Game will not process withdrawal requests until satisfactory KYC verification is completed. Delays in submitting required documentation are the User's responsibility.

6. Deposits & Payments

6.1 V9Game accepts deposits via payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. Payment method availability, minimum and maximum deposit limits, processing times, and applicable fees are detailed on the Platform's cashier section and may change without prior notice.

6.2 Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah may be referenced on the Platform as examples of familiar Pakistani payment rails. V9Game does not represent that these institutions endorse, support, or facilitate gambling transactions on this Platform. Availability is subject to operator integration and payment provider policies.

6.3 All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. V9Game may refuse to process or may reverse deposits from third-party sources and may suspend the associated Account pending investigation.

6.4 Deposited funds are credited to your Account Balance in PKR or the applicable accepted currency. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by the Platform and may differ from interbank rates.

6.5 V9Game does not charge deposit fees in most cases, but your payment provider may apply its own transfer or service charges. V9Game is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the Account holder's verified identity. V9Game will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of satisfactory KYC verification, anti-money laundering (AML) checks, and review against applicable bonus wagering requirements before processing commences.

7.3 Processing times vary by payment method, account verification status, and transaction amount. V9Game does not guarantee specific withdrawal speeds and will not be held liable for delays attributable to payment providers, banking institutions, or compliance reviews. Method-specific processing timelines are available in the cashier section of the Platform.

7.4 V9Game reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large transactions or where unusual account activity is detected.

7.5 Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period. These limits are detailed in the cashier section and may be adjusted based on account tier, verification status, or operator policy.

7.6 If a User has accepted a bonus, any associated wagering requirements must be fully met before any funds derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 All bets placed on V9Game are subject to the specific rules governing the sport, event, or game in question, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a general rule and a sport-specific or event-specific rule, the more specific rule shall prevail.

8.2 Bets are final once confirmed. V9Game will not void, reverse, or otherwise amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances expressly permitted under the applicable betting rules (for example, event cancellation, postponement beyond the applicable settlement window, or technical error attributable to the Platform).

8.3 V9Game reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict markets, or refuse bets from any User at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

8.4 Odds are presented at the time of bet placement and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled outcome. V9Game does not guarantee that odds will remain fixed between display and confirmation.

8.5 In the event of a manifest error in odds (for example, odds published that are materially incorrect due to a technical or human error), V9Game reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its discretion.

8.6 Cricket markets, including PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series, and domestic competitions, are subject to cricket-specific rules available in the sports betting rules section of the Platform. This includes rules on Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application, abandonment, and session betting settlement.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

9.1 V9Game may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotions. All such promotions are subject to these Terms and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

9.2 Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are separate from your real-money Balance. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games or markets, and time limits are specified in the promotion terms.

9.3 V9Game does not use countdown timers, false scarcity messaging, or guaranteed-win language in connection with its promotions. All promotion copy is intended to accurately describe the offer without creating artificial urgency or misleading claims.

9.4 One bonus offer per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method applies unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Abuse of multiple account setups to claim multiple bonuses will result in account suspension and forfeiture.

9.5 V9Game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modifications do not retroactively affect Bonus Funds already credited and in active use.

9.6 V9Game may, at its discretion, decline to offer a bonus to any User or category of Users without being required to provide a reason.

10. Responsible Gambling

10.1 V9Game is committed to responsible gambling. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, take-a-break periods, and self-exclusion to help Users maintain control of their gambling activity.

10.2 Users are encouraged to make use of responsible gambling tools proactively. Tools can be configured in your Account settings or requested through our support team. Limit reductions are applied immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

10.3 Self-exclusion requests are actioned within a reasonable period after confirmation. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity. You must not attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new Account.

10.4 Gambling should be treated as entertainment only. V9Game does not represent that gambling is a reliable source of income or that any particular strategy or game knowledge will produce consistent returns.

11. Prohibited Conduct

11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on V9Game and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Providing false or fraudulent identity information
• Submitting altered, falsified, or fraudulent KYC documents
• Using automated systems, bots, or software to place bets or exploit games
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or bugs in the Platform's software
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including coordinated wagering to meet requirements without genuine play intent
• Money laundering, match-fixing, insider betting, or any other illegal financial or gambling activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure
• Using the Platform while self-excluded or while under the applicable minimum age
• Depositing funds from third-party payment instruments

11.2 V9Game reserves the right to monitor account activity, transaction patterns, and gameplay for the purpose of detecting prohibited conduct. V9Game may share information with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or payment providers where required by law or where fraud or financial crime is suspected.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the V9Game Platform, including but not limited to the V9Game name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and data compilations, are the intellectual property of V9Game or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any ownership rights in the Platform's content.

12.3 Any reproduction, redistribution, scraping, copying, or commercial exploitation of V9Game's intellectual property without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 V9Game's Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. V9Game makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or its Services.

13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, V9Game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, gambling losses, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

13.3 V9Game's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount of the User's real-money Account Balance at the time the claim arises.

13.4 V9Game is not responsible for any telecommunications failures, internet connectivity disruptions, or device malfunctions that may affect a User's ability to access or use the Platform.

14. Account Suspension & Closure

14.1 V9Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, or regulatory requirements, without prior notice where immediate action is required.

14.2 Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation. If fraudulent activity or breach is confirmed, V9Game may forfeit the Account Balance in its entirety.

14.3 Where an Account is closed for reasons not attributable to User fault or breach, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via an appropriate payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14.4 Users may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting V9Game support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Outstanding wagers and pending withdrawals will be settled prior to final closure.

15. Legal Jurisdiction & Governing Law

15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which V9Game holds its operating licence. The applicable governing jurisdiction is stated in the Platform's licensing information section. Pakistani law does not govern these Terms and V9Game does not represent that its Services are lawful under Pakistani law.

15.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of V9Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

15.3 V9Game does not represent that its Services are appropriate, available, or lawful in all jurisdictions. Users access the Platform from their own jurisdiction at their own legal risk. V9Game is not licensed or approved by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial authority.

16. Amendments

16.1 V9Game reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, V9Game will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.

16.2 Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to request Account closure.

16.3 Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. V9Game is not obligated to notify individual Users of each amendment unless required to do so by applicable law.
